Spirit Of Giving aims to meet some of the most essential basic human needs of the people who reside in the Cessnock area. For example- Having clothes and shoes to wear, access to a facility where clothes can be washed, having basic toiletries like soap, shampoo and sanitary items, food to eat and sometimes just having a listening ear in a safe environment.

We are looking to expand our volunteer team with friendly, caring and passionate people who want to make a positive difference in the community. The truth is that we have all been helped by someone in life, so if you’ve thought about giving back and you have some extra time, please call Helen or Robert for a chat.

Volunteering is not only a great way to meet other people and make lifelong friends, but it also gets you out of the house and keeps your mind active, and you are helping to make a real difference in people’s lives.  We plan to expand the essential services needed in the Cessnock area but we can’t do it without a great team behind us.
