About Us
The Spirit of Giving Fundraising Hub Inc. is a not-for-profit outreach based in Cessnock, providing much-needed support for the needy, disadvantaged, homeless and domestic violence survivors within our local area. Our vision is to provide a warm, pleasant environment for the lonely and forgotten members of our community, addressing the welfare needs of each recipient with dignity, self-respect and ensuring privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
Everyone has a story, and everyone is welcome at our outreach hub.
We welcome and bring together outreach partners, identifying the most appropriate form of help and assistance that will benefit these vulnerable community members. We operate out of the Vineyards Catholic Parishes in Cessnock, supporting the Hunter Valley region.
All funds raised go directly into the Spirit of Giving Fundraising Hub and stay in and support the local community.
If you are homeless or rough sleeping and your clothes need a wash, book a time to use our free drop-off laundry service.
We wash and dry your clothes for FREE! You just collect them when they are done.

There are occasional times where you may only have the clothes you are wearing, with no other options. If you need some new clothes due to hardship, fleeing from domestic violence, homelessness or other, we welcome you to browse our free range of women’s and men’s clothing, kids items, shoes and toiletries.
Pop into our Cessnock hub and browse our fabulous options.

Spirit of Giving hosts free hair-cutting days for those in need through a professional mobile hairdresser. Although this is not a regular service, please check our social media and website for upcoming dates. This service is by appointment only and will require you call to book- 0419 275 450
